There are multiple challenges that must be met: time management, choosing a suitable reader, navigating the technical aspects of video, lighting, sound, editing, and file transfers…

…And then on top of that, you have to deliver your best acting work as well. After all, you want to book the job. It’s easy to see how auditions can easily become a source of stress rather than a chance to engage in our art form.

That’s the exact approach I take when it comes to self tapes. I believe that when you are able to perform free of any need to “book,” that’s when you do your best work. And paradoxically, for myself and those I coach, those types of performances tend to be what books.

  • Preparation For A Role: You’ve booked the part. Congratulations! But… now what? We can work together to ensure you’re ready for anything that happens on set or stage.
  • Private Acting Tutoring: A comprehensive acting curriculum, one-on-one. It includes character development, scene analysis, emotional exploration, relaxation techniques, and creative exercises to excel in various acting scenarios.

My feedback comes from extensive experience as a working actor. Nothing I recommend is conceptual, nor is it one-size-fits all, as I know that is not the way our industry works.
